We Are Hooked (HOOKED) (“We”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in Belgium with number BE0597609377 and registered address at kroonstraat 115, b-2140, Borgerhout. We operate www.wearehooked.be (the “Site”). In this Terms & Conditions Policy, references to “you” mean any person submitting any data to us or our agent or the Sites.
A. Definitions

Payment:
Payment in advance through bank account to the handling country
The sub mentioned sales conditions are only applicable for distant selling. For all the other conditions we refer to our general sales conditions of direct sales.
B. Proof over agreement
The buyer accepts that an online order (internet or e-mail) has the same ground as a written agreement.
C. Payment
Seller invites the client to pay the ordered goods in advance, but this doesn’t imply at all the right to renounce to it.
D. INFORMATION Buyer
All the given information to place the order is accepted by the buyer before placing the order. Before the final confirmation of his/her order the client has the right and possibility to view his order and to modify it. The buyer is obliged to agree with the Sales conditions before placing his/her order.
E. Right to renounce
The buyer has the right to renounce if the following conditions are met :
* the product is not made specifically for the buyer
* the buyer is a consumer
* the products haven’t been opened and can be sent back to the Seller
* the buyer sends the products back at his/her expense to We Are Hooked – Kroonstraat 118 – Borgerhout
* the right to renounce was practiced within the legal terms (14 days)
* Buyer can show the original proof of payment
* The repayment will be done within 30 days after the right to renounce has been invoked
General Conditions
Our general conditions are part of the agreements made by the Seller
A. The order
Only a written and clear acceptance by the Seller makes the agreement valid between both parties. This confirmation is sent by e-mail, immediately after ordering on line. The amount to pay is always the amount mentioned on the confirmation screen and on the confirmation e-mail, regarding this order.
B. Delivery
Depending the destination the goods will be delivered as follows
For orders to be delivered in
Belgium 1 to 3 working days
The Netherlands 1 to 3 working days
France,Germany,Austria, UK 1 to 3 working days
all other countries beside the sub mentioned ones 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination.
C. Responsibility
The buyer accepts to use the goods as they should and to follow strictly the instructions. A wrong use of the goods by the Seller implies that the Seller is not responsible for the quality of the product nor the consequences this wrong use may have had.
D. Juridical
Any difference about the interpretation or exercise of the present agreement remains to the competence of the local courts in the juridical constitutions where the Seller resides.
